    Logistics People are looking for an Finance Administrators to join our team.

    Location: Corby 

    Working Hours:

    • Monday – Friday Day Shifts Available 

    Pay rate: £11.78 P/hr

    Position: Finance Administrators

    Logistics People are currently recruiting an Finance Administrators to join our team in Corby, based at our IForce site.

    As an Finance Administrators for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

    • Maintaining colleague profiles database (System IDs, reporting lines etc)
    • Fire register management and filing
    • Ensuring timesheet queries are identified and corrected by management
    • Activity reporting preparation and distribution
    • Preparation of weekly trended reporting by client
    • Ensure Activity Report files up to date with most recent client’s budget, changing activities and formulas where required
    • Monthly labour hours H&S stats reporting
    • Maintaining the contractual working days/hours log
    • Reconciliation of working hours with timesheets and log above
    • Record errors in timesheet query log
    • Recording of holiday and absence in T&A and timesheets
    • Update absence and overtime workbooks for payroll
    • Maintain banked hours log
    • Weekly direct labour calculations and cost allocations
    • Update agency joined up system daily
    • Distribute daily agency hours for reconciliation to all agencies
    • Ensure agency rate cards are up to date and are applied accurately
    • Liaise with site management team to ensure missing shifts, incorrect hours, duplicate reportingand errors are agreed and corrected.
    • Record errors in timesheet query log
    • Agree agency invoicing figures and provide PO’s
    • Weekly agency labour calculations and cost allocations
    • Update master agency worker tracker for operational analysis
    • Maintain the payroll database (includes all contractual entitlements)
    • Control of site paperwork CODs/RAFs/New Starters/Leavers/Maternity (Inc. filing)
    • Uploading new starters to iTrent
    • Support with ensuring New Starter contracts are received and signed
    • Payroll overtime and absence submissions, management of iTrent
    • Ensure Maternity tracker is up to date
    • Update payroll query log and ensure follow up action is taken
    • Prepare and distribute monthly payroll dashboards
    • Business partner GM’s/HR to manage site payroll/reporting
    • Liaising with HR on request from the management on payroll related matters
    • Support the Finance Assistant and Management Accountants with,
    • Ensuring that correct methods and control of purchasing are maintained and the best prices are sought and usage is monitored
    • Control and distribution of site stationary and other office consumables
    • Purchase orders and raised and disturbed following budget holder spend approval
    • Ensure that petty cash is controlled as outlined in company and finance policy
    • Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your line manager
