First Class Training
We strive to maintain our unrivalled reputation for providing outstanding drivers to the industry. That’s why we put all of our drivers through our in-depth onboarding process, where they are expected to meet specific standards and pass a number of assessments.
It’s only once our drivers have passed this process, that they will earn their Logistics People Driver badge.

The Training Process
To ensure that each driver we place meets our high standards and is capable of delivering the very best results, they undergo a rigorous three-stage onboarding process.
Before inviting any driver in for an interview with us, we pre-screen them over the phone to ensure they meet our specific requirements. Once they have passed this stage, we will then invite them in for a face-to-face interview where they will be requested to complete and pass a driver theory assessment paper.
Once the driver has passed the theory paper, we will then put them through their paces using one of our four Logistics People Class 1 Units where they will undergo a full driving assessment.
