Logistics People are looking for Container Dispatchers to join our team.
Location: Church Fenton
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate: £12.50 P/hr
Logistics People are currently recruiting Container Dispatchers to join our Team in Church Fenton, based at our WS site.
What does working as a Container Dispatcher for Logistics People involve?
Main Responsibilities & Objectives:
- Collection Order – Ensuring all collections are accurate and follow the customer’s ordering system.
- Customer Communication – Clearly communicating with the customer by giving accurate updates and support in order to tackle any issues.
- Discrepancies – Investigating any discrepancies and identifying their root cause to prevent the issue occuring again.
- Dispatch Paperwork – Creating paperwork for each collection, and ensuring that all parts loaded match the demand.
- Packaging Tracking – Tracking returnable packaging to ensure there are sufficient stillages and bags, and monitor any damages or losses.
