    The Logistics People are a team of dedicated and energetic recruitment specialists, passionate about delivering exceptional results and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team!

    Working Hours: 08.00-17.30 Monday to Friday – there will be times where you will work outside these hours depending on the business needs

    We are looking for a candidate who is forward thinking and innovative to drive the recruitment of warehouse and driving vacancies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing a central resourcing team based out of the Corby office – both industrial and transport recruitment
    • Managing the diaries and workload of a team of regional field consultants
    • Ensuring a quality service is provided to all clients and ensure all their vacancies are filled
    • Check in with clients regularly to maintain good working relationships and gain most up to date vacancy information
    • Being an escalation point for all recruitment needs
    • Keeping track and liaising with General Managers and Social Media team to ensure the right vacancies are advertised
    • Manage the relationship with job boards and advertising platforms, negotiating promotions
    • Monitor team KPIs
    • Keeping recruitment procedures up to date or creating new ones
    • Reporting figures daily to Senior Management Team
    • Extracting all applications onto our system and distributing workload accordingly
    • Developing new ideas around advertising and attraction
    • Managing holidays and organising the team rota
    • Internal recruitment for the central resourcing team, as and when required
    • Enforce the business directive across the network
    • Validate data for external agency spend

    Person specification:

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • A good understanding of the recruitment industry
    • Previous experience managing a team
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google sheets
    • Confident in presenting to Senior Management and external stakeholders
    • Being able to be flexible to work outside of set working hours
