    Logistics People are looking for a Recruitment Director to join our team.

    Location: Corby 

    Working Hours: Full Time – Permanent

    Pay rate: £75,000


    Logistics People are looking for an experienced Recruitment Director to join their growing organisation to drive this growth to the next level.


    Key Duties:

    • Overseeing the management of a large recruitment team
    • Support with the hiring, onboarding, training and coaching of the recruitment team
    • Liaise with operational Directors to ensure customer expectations are met
    • Establish innovative ways to build the brand and improve the service offered
    • Managing the relationships and expectations of customers
    • Acting as an escalation point after the General Manager of Recruitment
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and ongoing analysis of KPIs
    • Overall responsibility for management and implementation of projects
    • Support in the business development, onboarding new clients
    • Attendance of regular client meetings with updates and forecast plans
    • Develop long term plans, sets goals, determines priorities & identifies risks and opportunities
    • Analyse future recruitment trends derived to ensure best in class products and service
    • Consistently promote the company vision both internally and externally

    The ideal candidate:

    • Senior level recruitment experience gained either in house or agency
    • Results and outcomes orientated
    • Ambition and drive
    • Previous experience managing a large team
    • Ability to adapt and communicate
    • Driven by exceptional customer experience
