    Full Description

     We Are Looking For A Site Admin to Join Our Team in Stafford, Based at Our Iforce Site. 

    Type: Full Time, Permanent || Days and Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm

    Role Purpose: To support the site in ensuring that all administrative tasks for the site are timely performed and to the required standard.  

    Key Tasks:

    Purchasing
    Ensures that correct methods and control of purchasing are maintained and controlled. Best prices are sought and issue /usage monitored. 

    Support the site in ensuring accurate records are maintained against all activity as required (Examples as follows)

    •  Smart/ReSCU/Navision input 
    •  Timesheet
    •  Damage controls
    •  Incident logs
    •  MHE check sheets
    •  Employee Accident reports
    •  Timekeeping/attendance/absence/holidays etc
    •  KPI reports and analysis
    •  Performance Reports
    •  Employee Records maintenance
    •  Training records maintenance
    •  Issuing of RAFs and CODs
    •  Collating the New Starter Documentation
    •  Liaising with HR on request from the management
    •  Holiday record maintenance
    •  Maintenance of Payroll work book and submitting by due dates
    •  Attend various forms of meeting to support note taking for the management team
    • Complete agency inductions if required
    • Maintenance and support in training requirements bon site i.e. Matrix, documents etc 
    • Support on site audits – i.e H&S and Quality
    • Ensure that petty cash is controlled as outlined in company & finance policy.
    • Ensure the collection of data and maintenance of records as required to produce agreed Key Performance Indicators; Site and Company specific reports.
    • Carry out any other duties that from time to time may be reasonably requested from the Management team
    • Provide Operational Cover for other areas as required

    • Maintenance of Safety Notice Board
