Grounds Maintenance Assistant
Monday – Friday | 08.00-17.30
Based out of Corby
£35,000
Due to recent growth, Stairs Property are looking for a Site Maintenance Staff to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be based out of the Office in Corby with travel to sites in the surrounding areas and some projects further afield. You will be working alongside a Senior member of the team to ensure sites are maintained to a high standard.
Duties include:
- General Handy Man Duties
- Some Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical
The ideal candidate:
• Must have an interest in a career within Site Maintenance
• Must have a UK driving licence
• Must be willing to work outside of the core hours occasionally
• Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-motivated
