Hard Landscape Gardener
Monday – Friday | 08.00-17.30
Based out of Corby
Salary – £35,000 Per Annum
UK Driving Licence Required
Logistics People are recruiting a Hard Landscape Gardener, to join our team based out of the Head Office in Corby, with travel to sites in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and some projects further afield.
Duties include:
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Strimming
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Bed preparation and planting
- Weed control
- Fencing work
- Internal site repairs
- Leaf clearing and litter picking
- Gritting during Winter months
- Any ad hoc maintenance duties as per site request
- Maintenance of company equipment and vehicles
- Patio laying
- Tarmacing
- Leadership; managing a team of two people
The ideal candidate:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Needs to be happy to work outside of set hours occasionally – especially when gritting is required
- Must be self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a team
- Have excellent customer liaison skills when on site
